Cancellation policy:
To reserve the Villa, 50% down to reserve with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If cancelled more than 60 days before arrival and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund 100% of money paid minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are no refunds for holiday weeks, early departure, late arrivals or no shows.
Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are completely
non refundable.
